Team FatBird is a congregation of like-minded and highly passionate runners. Empowered with the necessary experience and expertise, our team of 25 excel in the areas of organising and leading group running and pacing events. We work on the philosophy that we were all once unfit, and with the right encouragement and determination, everyone can become healthier and fitter than before. And therein lies the inspiration of our name, Team FatBird®.

| OPERATION SUNBIRD is / has:
|
- A 10-week program comprising of two weekday workouts and one weekend long run. Workout sessions include base-building, strength and endurance.
- Experienced Runners and Pacers leading and guiding the runs
- The FlightZONESTM Training System, incorporating heart-rate measurements and progressive paced running
- Two levels of training - beginners and experienced runners
- 3 Race Distances – 10km, Half-Marathon, Full Marathon
- Regular emails and online postings of the weekly training plan and tips on running techniques, form and essentials
- Advisory panel of coaches and sports specialists to answer questions on running techniques, injury prevention, recovery, nutrition etc.
- Isotonic drinks/refreshments after run
- A "TEAM FATBIRD RUNNING" training singlet will be made available after 5 sessions of weekend runs completed. Those who have had their training contributions waived or discounted can still purchase the good-value singlet at an attractive price.
- Shoe, HR Monitor, Running Equipment trials
