Rules and Regulations:
1. Only registered and paid participants may take part in the Ops Sunbird training sessions.
2. The minimum age for participation is 16 years (age taken as of registration date).
3. Participants must follow the training runs closely and follow route instructions dispensed by the Trainers & Running Guides.
4. Attendance will be taken at all training sessions, 15mins before the training session.
5. The organizing committee’s decisions shall be final.
Waiver Clause:
1. I have read, understood and accepted the Rules and Regulations applicable to the Operation Sunbird Training Program (‘Training’).
2. I fully understand and acknowledge the risks involved in my participation in the training program/sessions. I accept full responsibility and assume all such risks.
3. I hereby represent, warrant and undertake to the Organizer the following with full knowledge that they shall be relied upon by the Organizer in accepting my participation:
 
a. My personal particulars disclosed herein are correct;
b. I have no medical condition that would affect my safety and physical well being arising from my participation in this Training and that I am medically and physically fit and competent to participate in the Training;
c. I shall dutifully and fully abide by the Rules and Regulations of this Training and any applicable laws.
4. I confirm that the representations, warranties and undertakings above are true and correct, and I (and my heirs, successors and assigns) shall waive, release, discharge and undertake that I (and my heirs, successors and assigns) shall not make any claim or lodge any complaint whatsoever against the Organizer, Sponsors or Officials of the Training for any injury, death or loss/damage to property sustained during the Event.
5. Further, I (and my heirs, successors and assigns) shall indemnify and hold the Organizer, Sponsors, appointed officials/suppliers harmless from any claim, demand, proceedings, costs, expense liabilities loss or damage (whether direct or consequential) made by third parties, arising from any injury or death or damage or loss to any property arising out of my breach of the representations, warranties and undertakings under Clause 3 herein.
